Since our products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stepnextusa.com.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Certain types of products, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
